We believe it is vital to continue to invest for the long term
When it comes to recruiting and developing highly talented people we have invested considerable time and capital in creating the ideal environment to allow people to flourish no matter their personality type or chosen career path.

In the UK we created a focus on talent recruitment and across 2019 we again recruited over 100 individuals from a range of backgrounds, including 20 school leavers and 25 apprentices. We recognise that some talented school leavers want to start work straight away while some would like to gain additional qualifications first and some, via our HIND apprentice scheme , can even gain qualifications while they build their careers.

Careers across the Midwest

At THG, we believe that all our people should feel they can be 100% themselves at work. That can only occur when we achieve a truly diverse work force, which we are striving for and working together to achieve across the HIND Group.

All companies within THG aim to make an inclusive workplace for everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion and belief or non-belief.

We believe our collective differences make us stronger. When companies are inclusive, they are more diverse and that’s also good for business. Inclusion at THG isn’t just about people, it’s also about customers and the wider communities THG and our brands work in. THG’s apprentice scheme is just one example of how we actively encourage inclusion within our businesses.
